COBHA LLC accepts returns on unused products within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.

All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. Request RMA Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.Returns in exchange for COBHA store credit will never incur a restocking fee.Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.

File a Return online and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or ship the item back on your own.

Upon receiving the product and inspection we will refund the remaining back to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for you order to be processed

You have only 1 week from the time you receive your order to report any broken or missing items.

If any items are broken please take a picture of all broken items and send it to our email address;

If you can’t or if you fail to follow theses instructions your items will not be replaced or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
