Pre-Ordering an item ensures that it will ship to you within 5 business days of date of order. Due to the pandemic certain items take longer to ship from the warehouse.

To place a Pre-Order, you’ll need a CO/B\HA account. Don’t have one? No problem! Sign up for FREE by clicking “Register” in the upper-right corner of your screen. You will also gather points for every dollar you spend. 

Pre-Order products can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout and you'll be asked for your payment information. When you’re done, your item will be reserved right away and your card will be charged at the time of order placement. This reserves your entire order and ensures you are in the priority lane to get your pre-order item shipped within 5 business days. Any items that are in stock will go out within 3-5 business days.
